Allows note using Markdown to also process Export code.
$HTMLMarkdown is only used if $HTMLPreviewCommand has a value, i.e. that note us using Markdown processing.
The main use is processing ^value^ code inline in $Text for notes using Markdown. An important exception is that Markdown headings are not misinterpreted as quicklists.
Replaces the older and now deprecated $HTMLMarkDown.
