From v11.8.0, the Tinderbox Readings notes stored in the /Hints/AI/[client]/Readings container are exposed as MCP Resources. Resources, like prompts, are available on request. Type @tinderbox: in the client to see a list of available resources.
Resources are known to the AI and it can consult those resources if it thinks them pertinent to a problem. For the present, Claude Code is of the opinion that, while it can spontaneously use resources, it’s not very likely to do that unless instructed to do so.
Resources may be limited to Claude Code.
