Anthropic's Claude AI is integrated via the Claude's desktop app 'Claude.app', usually installed in the /Applications folder of the host Mac.
If a new Tinderbox version is installed, the pre-existing en-/dis-ablement state of AI Integration should be honoured. If not, the correct state may need to be reset from the Tinderbox menu. This situation is not totally under Tinderbox's control; a failure to update being as likely due to Claude Desktop. Worst case, repeat the AI bridge initialisation process as if for the first time.
